Install Software

Supplied hardware is all tested in our workshop and comes with full manufactures warranty.

USB hard drives attached to a local machine and recommended 1 hard drive per computer.

Nas drives are for small networks and can be scaled for 2TB to 12TB. Request pricing for these products and advise as to size requirements.

We offer 3 ways to setup and install the solution

1. Self-install is medium level to install, The user guide will help you install the product step by step
2. Remote install The most common way to install the unit and software. you need to install the hardware and we will log in remotely and install the software and set up your first backup. You can also bring the computer to use and we will set up everything in our workshop.
3. Full onsite setup and install (currently available in the Christchurch area only) PC Service will come onsite and install the hardware and software, start the first backup and set up the email reports.
